Modern Education Systems have been demanding for more practical experiences and professional skills towards problem management. Even the industries have been looking to maximization of profits and margins. In these scenario, ethical practices of business and value-based observations are utmost necessary for sustainable development of societies. In these conditions, the education system plays important role and utmost requirement is of a Value Based Education System that emphasis on imparting Moral values and Ethics in scholars that would make the human societies a better place to live.
