Empirical Data Study from Higher Education Sector about Improving Productivity of Employees via Job Involvement

Productivity of employees is one of the major management issues receiving much study from many scientists and was regarded as the primary mechanism for improving the performance of organisations. To guarantee long-term success, it is important to be aware of the main variables that affect productivity. This research analyses the impact of job involvement on higher education productivity of employees. In order to achieve this goal, a sample of 242 staff from public institutions in Northern Malaysia gathered primary data through an online survey technique utilising a survey tool. SPSS and AMOS Structural Equation modelling were used to evaluate the data obtained. The findings showed that commitment to work has a substantial beneficial impact on the productivity of employees. This research also shows the substantial beneficial impacts on employee productivity of all aspects of the workforce, namely energy, commitment and absorption.

Nowadays, all automobiles are outfitted with the most up-to-date sensors and communication capabilities. Mobile Ad Hoc Network that avoids traffic jams and articulation issues while also saving time by receiving direction from the GPS system on the shortest path using various algorithms. It also provides information on road safety and where to go. It repeatedly recalculates the shortest way using multiple algorithms to ensure that the user does not become stuck and stranded in traffic. From the point of view of research, this paper defines the architecture and protocols. However, VANETs are a subset of MANETs and constitute the future of Intelligent Transportation Systems. The development of big data, the latest sensors and probing vehicle data, as well as the widespread use of machine learning technologies, has given articulation control measurement in the traffic congestion area a completely new and different direction. By examining multiple traffic metrics. With machine learning, it is straightforward to forecast traffic congestion. This study is based on traffic congestion forecasting in real-time. Going green is not an easy task for hospitals. The hospitals are taking various measures to prevent environmental hazards but they are not enough to prevent environmental damages caused by them. This study aims to identify various challenges faced by hospitals in going green. The findings will be beneficial for framing guidelines for increasing the adoption of green practices in hospitals.

This research paper analyses the socio-economic factors affecting the appeal and adoption of electric vehicles among the residents of Thiruvananthapuram district in Kerala. The study is conducted among 120 respondents with equal representation of both the genders. A well-structured questionnaire was circulated using google forms to collect the data. The major factors that positively influenced people’s decision to buy electric vehicles are the positive environmental effects and the rising fuel prices. The major factors that pushed people away from buying electric vehicles were observed to be technical in nature- limited infrastructure, long charging times and limited range.

DIGITIZATION OF EDUCATION AND ITS SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACTS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO TRIVANDRUM

This study is makes a comparative analysis of the rural-urban divide in digital education and examines the benefits and challenges of e-learning. A total of 124 respondents consisting of students, teachers and parents residing in the rural and urban areas of Trivandrum were surveyed using a well-structured questionnaire administered in both English and Malayalam. The sample population was identified through stratified random sampling. The study finds that disruption of internet connectivity due to signal unavailability is a major challenge of e-learning. Also, majority of the stakeholders were unwilling to make a conscious shift to a digitised education mode. Mostly students favoured online education because of its ease of usage, convenience, remote accessibility and system response speed. But most of the parents and teachers preferred offline education.

Measurements of the masses of individual oligomers facilitate the determination of masses of monomers and end groups. TRIBAL WOMEN’S PARTICIPATION AND EMPOWERMENT THROUGH MGNREGA AND ITS DETERMINANTS: A STUDY IN THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

The purpose of this article is to look at the impact of the MGNREGA and tribal women’s participation in it, based on a field survey performed in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, to see how much the MGNREGA has helped to enhance their status and how. In indigenous areas, the schemes has improved women’s empowerment. Various secondary sources are used in this work. Special interviews are done using data from the RBI MGNREGA official annual reports. Overall, preliminary findings indicate that this programme has the potential to strengthen rural economies. It has also aided development if the implementation, management, and delivery are all in good shape. This programme drew national and international attention due to its wide range of aims and 100-day employment guarantee. The Act gains power since women will receive 33% of the overall work, providing an opportunity to improve the socio- economic position of rural women. Providing guaranteed employment, on the other hand, is not only a solution, but also has to improve the labour market’s outcome and efficiency. This article also looks at the aspects that influence womemen’s active engagement in MGNREGA, and it’s become critical to evaluate the scheme’s execution as well as the specific chances available to women beneficiaries.

Investigating Speech Acts of Insult in the Speeches of Members of Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Pakistan

This study investigates speech acts of insult in speeches made by members of Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Pakistan using Austin’s (1962) and Searle’s (1969) Speech Acts Theory. This theory implies that language is used to perform acts, such as commanding, requesting, complaining, admiring, apologizing, insulting, and many others. However, in this research, researchers explore why speech acts of insult are performed by the members of Provincial Assembly of Sindh belonging to different political parties. Qualitative analysis of purposively sampled data collected from eleven participants’ speeches, has been conducted to demonstrate how politicians enact speech acts of insult against each other. Findings reveal that the politicians performed speech acts of insult (expressive) when issues related to administration of Sindh and management of its resources (water distribution) were discussed. It is argued that members of the assembly are people’s representatives, and they should behave in a civilized manner and perform civic, polite speech acts.
